The Iola-Scandinavia volleyball team will look for its first Central Wisconsin 8 Conference win tonight (Thursday) at Weyauwega-Fremont.
The Thunderbirds dropped their first two conference matches to Amherst Sept. 9 and Shiocton Sept. 7.
Amherst swept the T-Birds 25-21, 25-16, 25-14 in Amherst, while Shiocton took three of four games. I-S won the first 25-23, but the Chiefs sealed the match by winning the next three, 25-20, 25-19, 25-17.
Freshman and junior varsity matches will begin at 6 tonight in Weyauwega, with the varsity match to follow.
