Waupaca County drunken driving convictions

The following people were convicted of drinking and driving offenses in Waupaca County Circuit Court.

Philip J. Netzel, 28, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed $979 on fines and court costs, and his license revoked for 13 months for a second offense.

Andrew S. Fletcher, 25, Weyauwega, sentenced to 90 days in jail, assessed $3,513, revoked 36 months for a third offense.

Darlene J. Dahm, 53, Weyauwega, sentenced to 60 days in jail, assessed $2,739, revoked 33 months for a third offense.

Andrew M. Berg, 24, Waupaca, sentenced to 30 days in jail, assessed $1,105, revoked 15 months for a second offense.

Justin K. Rasner, 27, Oregon, Ill., sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed $967, revoked 13 months for a second offense.

Anthony J. Long, 40, Clintonville, sentenced to 30 days in jail, assessed $2,841, revoked 24 months for a third offense.

Roland J. Bowman, 59, Waupaca, sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed $979, revoked 13 months for a second offense.

Anthony E. Phillips, 26, Appleton, sentenced to 90 days in jail, assessed $3,513, revoked for 36 months for a third offense.

Christopher D. Witten, 26, Menasha, assessed for $723, revoked for seven months.

Curtis W. Ambacher, 19, Iola, assessed $754, revoked for eight months.

Todd W. Phelps, 25, Almond, assessed $880, revoked for nine months.

Patricia A. McCoy, 60, Waupaca, assessed $723, revoked seven months.

Chadwick M. Wuest, 21, Fond du Lac, assessed $723, revoked seven months.

Darryl B. Emrath, 31, Sheboygan, assessed $836, revoked nine months.

Jacob A. Suess, 20, New London, assessed $804, revoked eight months.

Scot M. Schneidewend, 46, Clintonville, assessed $754, revoked seven months.
