Linda A. Knickerbocker, 54, Ogdensburg, was charged sept. 17 with a fifth drunken driving offense and with operating a vehicle after her license was revoked.
Shortly after 9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 6, Sgt. Todd Rasmussen and Deputy Jon Loken, with the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department, were dispatched to the scene of a crash on Poverty Hill Road in St. Lawrence. The caller reported that a vehicle had run off the road and the driver had left the scene in a vehicle that was last seen headed west on Poverty Hill Road.
The crashed vehicle was registered to Knickerbocker. When Loken went to her home, he reported hearing a man and a woman arguing about the crash.
The woman, identified as Knickerbocker, allegedly had a 0.198 blood-alcohol level.
