Trinidad Rivera, 25, New London, was charged Oct. 14 with three felony counts of delivery of cocaine. He faces up to 12 years in prison if convicted.
Between Dec. 30, 2009, and Feb. 13, Rivera allegedly sold more than 9 grams of cocaine to confidential informants working with New London police.
