Berlin Green and Wild Rose won Mid-State Youth Football and Cheerleading Conference football championships Saturday in Weyauwega.
Berlin Green shut out Winneconne 2 24-0 in the Pee-Wee championship game, while Wild Rose handed Wautoma Orange a 25-20 defeat in the Junior Pee-Wee champion.
Weyauwega-Fremont defeated Manawa 24-0 in the Pee-Wee third-place game, while Plainfield beat Manawa White 15-0 in the Junior Pee-Wee third-place game.
The conference includes football teams and cheerleading squads from Iola-Scandinavia, Weyauwega-Fremont, Manawa, Amherst, Wild Rose, Almond, Rosholt, Wautoma, Adams, Omro, Winneconne, Plainfield, Quad City (Westfield) and Plainfield.
