The Iola-Scandinavia High School softball team will host a steak feed dinner Sunday, Nov. 14, at Silver Lake Lanes in Scandinavia. Along with a ribeye steak, the menu includes a baked potato, mushrooms, coleslaw, fresh bread and a variety of salads and desserts. Dinners will be served from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and the cost for the dinner is $17.
Tickets can be purchased at the high school office, Silver Lake Lanes and from any softball player or coach. Money raised will help send the team to spring training at Disney World in Orlando, Fla., in 2011.
