The district attorney’s office filed three separate drug-related criminal cases Oct. 26 in Waupaca County Circuit Court.
Robert J. Cranford, 41, Waupaca, was charged with three counts of delivery of a prescription drug, and one count each of delivery of narcotics at a park, delivery of a controlled substance and delivery of non-narcotics.
He is accused of selling prescription painkillers, muscle relaxants and anti-anxiety drugs to police informants in August and September 2008, and January 2009.
Amybeth M. Marlega, 34, Waupaca, was charged with one count of delivery of Schedule IV drugs. She is accused of illegally selling clonazepam and Vicodin in January 2009.
Joshua D. Parker, 29, Manawa, is charged with one count of possession of marijuana and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police reported finding more than 20 grams of pot after executing a search warrant at Parker’s home on Oct. 14.
Because he was convicted of pot possession in 2004, Parker faces a felony charge.
