Eleanore B. Adamick, age 92, of Waupaca, WI, died Thursday, November 25, 2010, at Bethany Home. Eleanore was born in Chicago, Il. on April 19, 1918, the daughter of the late Arthur B. and Emily (Jozwiac) Tronsen. Eleanore married Leonard Adamick in Chicago on May 1, 1937 at St. Sylvester Catholic Church and he preceded her in death on September 9, 2009. In Chicago she worked as an assembler in Plastics & Envelopes. During the war, Eleanore was employed in a war plant. Eleanore & Leonard moved to Waupaca in 1967. She was very active in gardening and at the Senior Center. She is a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. Eleanore is survived by her grandchildren: Nancy Wheeler, Waupaca, WI; Mike Gneist, Wylie, Texas and James (April) Gneist, Scandinavia, WI; her great-grandchildren: Tiffany (Eric) Neuber; Derek Gneist; Andrew Gneist; Jesse Gneist and her great-great-grandchild: Skylar. Eleanore is also survived by Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leonard, a daughter Arlene Gneist, two brothers: Albert & Frank Tronsen and a sister, Dorothy Clark. Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, Dec. 2 at 10:30 AM at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Community in Waupaca with Father Brian Belongia, officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday morning from 9:30 AM until the time of mass at the church. Burial will follow in St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Cemetery.
