Kettlewell, Larry J.

Larry J. Kettlewell, age 57, of Waupaca, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 26, 2010 at his residence. Larry was born in Berlin, WI on May 21, 1953, the son of John F. and Mary Ann (Christenson) Kettlewell. On September 24, 1977 Larry married Susan Juliot in Appleton. Larry worked for 38 years at Thyssen-Krupp Foundry in Waupaca. He grew up enjoying hunting, fishing, raising a family and spending time with his life long friends. Larry spent the last 33 years lovingly married to Susan. Larry continued to be a god-fearing, faithful servant of Jehovah God his entire life. Larry is survived by his wife: Sue Kettlewell, Waupaca; his children: Kelly (Kurt) Miller, Waupaca and Bill (Fiance’-Amanda Forbes) Kettlewell, Waupaca; his grandchildren: Hunter & Siera Miller; his parents: John & Mary Ann Kettlewell, Waupaca; his brother: Dan (Penny) Kettlewell, Waupaca; his sisters: Linda (Jim) Goddard, Waupaca; Wendy Kettlewell, Oak Harbor, WA; Rebecca (Mike) Bartley, Milwaukee, WI and Karla (Jason) Williams, Sedro-Wooley, WA; father & mother-in-law: Bud & Lois Juliot, Wild Rose; sister-in-law: Michele’ Schabo and Best Friends: Toby & Nancy Welch and Steve Ewald. Larry is also survived by many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins. Memorial Services were on Wednesday evening Dec. 1 at 7 PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Waupaca. Visitation was on Weds. from 5 to 7 PM at Kingdom Hall. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Larry’s name. A loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. Larry was a man of few words but when he spoke, it was worth the wait. He had a quick wit and was famous for his one liners! He cared for many and those who knew him well understood his silence and felt that love, even though he rarely said it. He is greatly missed by all of us.
