Taylor B. Cross, 17, New London, was charged Nov. 22 with operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent. He faces up to six years in prison if convicted.
On Nov. 20, Waupaca County Sheriff’s Deputy Nick Traeger was advised that Cross had taken his parents’ van. Cross allegedly drove to a friend’s home where he spent the night.
