Yesse, Margaret L.

Margaret Lillian Yesse, age 83, a resident of Bethany Home in Waupaca, formerly of Fremont, entered into eternal life on Saturday, November 27, 2010. She was born on June 11, 1927 in Marion, Wisconsin, to the late Frederick and Minnie(Dallmann) Knaack. On July 11, 1953, Margaret married Joseph L. Yesse at St. John Lutheran Church in Baldwins Mills. Joe preceded her in death on October 21, 2001. Margaret was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fremont and a member of the Winchester Area Historical Society. She was a former member of the Stevens Point Old Car Club. Margaret is survived by a daughter, Cindy (Don) Kresh, Wisconsin Rapids; two sons, Keith (Beverly)Yesse, Red Granite and James Yesse, Fremont; a sister, Gertrude Hanson, Ripon; two sisters-in-law, Mary Knaack, Pine River, and Patricia Knaack, Beverly Hills, MI; a very close cousin, Dorothy (Elmer) Koepp, Fremont; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Margaret was preceded in death by two brothers, Herbert and Martin Knaack; a brother-in-law Donald Hanson and a sister-in-law, Luella ( Yesse) Reyes. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 3, 2010 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fremont. Pastor Stephen Pope will officiate. Burial will be in East Bloomfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lewin Funeral Home, Fremont and on Friday at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of service. A memorial fund has been established.
