Five felony counts of failure to pay child support were filed in Waupaca County Circuit Court against Chad M. Kruchten, 39, Madison.
Kruchten is accused of owing $31,900 in unpaid child support payments.
In March 2000, Kruchten was ordered to pay 17 percent of his gross income or a minimum of $65 per week in child support, as well as provide health insurance for the child.
