Shiocton handed the Weyauwega-Fremont boys’ basketball team a 54-47 defeat Friday, Jan. 7, despite a game-high 24 points from Kyle Loughrin.
The Indians also picked up a 64-45 nonconference win Tuesday, Jan. 4, over Wisconsin Valley Lutheran.

Shiocton led 17-12 after one quarter, 27-25 at halftime and 41-34 after three quarters.
Loughrin was the only W-F player to finish in double figures. Riley Van Asten led the Chiefs with 19 points.
W-F 64, WVL 45
MOSINEE – A 24-5 advantage in the third quarter helped the Indians knock off the Wolves.
W-F led 17-14 after one quarter, 27-23 at halftime and 51-28 heading into the fourth quarter.
Loughrin led the Indians with 19 points, while Calvin Swanson added 13. Zac Vredeveld hit five three-pointers for the Wolves and finished with a team-high 16 points.
The Indians hosted Manawa Tuesday, Jan. 11, and will head to Amherst for a 7:30 p.m. Central Wisconsin 8 Conference matchup with the Falcons Friday, Jan. 14.
