Waupaca County Circuit Court issued a warrant Jan. 19 for the arrest of Brian J. Hejda, 33, Manawa.
Hejda is wanted for failure to report to jail.
On March 16, 2010, Judge Raymond Huber sentenced Hejda to 150 days in jail after Hejda was convicted of a fourth drunken driving offense. He was scheduled to begin his sentence on May 7 but failed to show up.
Hejda faces up to six years in prison if convicted.
