Thomas E. Gill, 50, and Dawn M. Stocks, 40, both of Waupaca, face felony drug charges.
They are accused of being involved in a drug deal with an undercover agent on June 3, 2009.
Gill was charged Jan. 27 with delivery of marijuana. Stocks is charged with delivery of marijuana, two counts of delivery of non-narcotic prescription drugs and one count of delivery of a controlled substance.
According to the criminal complaint, an undercover agent working with the Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force and the Waupaca Police Department made contact with Stocks about buying pot. Stocks reportedly got into his car and gave him directions to a home on Royalton Street where the agent purchased 8.5 grams of pot for $120 from Gill.
In August 2009, Stocks allegedly sold 10 pills of methylphenidate for $15 and 10 pills of lorazepan for $10 to another agent.
