Wochinski, Ronald

Ronald Wochinski, age 40, Glendale Heights, IL, formerly of New London, died suddenly on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, due to a heart attack caused by coronary artery disease. Ron was born on January 19, 1971. He graduated from New London High School in 1989, and then attended DeVry Institute of Technology in Illinois, graduating in 1991. Ron worked for IBM for several years and was currently working for Equus Computer in the customer service department. He was known by family and friends for putting on his annual fourth of July fireworks display. Ron is survived by his father, Dan (Brenda) Wochinski, New London and mother, Audrey (Timothy) Erickson, New London; and his paternal grandfather, Tony Wochinski, New London. He is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. His maternal grandparents, Walter and Eldora Boelter, and paternal grandmother, Isabelle Wochinski preceded him in death. A Memorial Service will be held for Ron on Friday, April 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London with Rev. Greg Watling officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
