Manawa’s Wayne Steingraber was a graduate in the fourth installment of Wisconsin Farm Bureau’s Institute leadership program that recently put their skills to use during a trip to Washington D.C. with the Farm Bureau’s Board of Directors. The Institute grads are in the office of American Farm Bureau President Bob Stallman during their April visit to the nation’s capitol.
