The Clintonville Youth League, in celebration of another successful season, is having its first annual Championship Night on Thursday, June 30, at Bucholtz Park. The Championship Night is a culmination of all the hard work put in by the players during this outstanding year.
Kicking off the games will be the semi-final game of the 9/10 Little league,#2 seed Marion Body Works versus #3 Polzin Heating and Electric at 5:30 p.m. on Field #1, with the winner playing #1 seed Clintonville Elevator for the 9/10 Little League Championship at 7:30 p.m. Also beginning at 5:30 p.m. will be the semi-final game of the 11/12 Little League, #2 seed Ebert & Sons versus #3 seed Klein Automotive on Field #2, with the winner playing #1 seed Koeppen’s Medical Transport for the 11/12 Little League Championship.
There will also be a Clintonville Pony League game versus Weyauwega Fremont on Field #3 beginning at 6:30 p.m. There will be team presentations, 50/50 raffles, apparel sales and a full concession stand featuring special event menu items, so come out to Bucholtz Park and celebrate the beginning of the 4th of July weekend with America’s National Pastime and the youth of Clintonville.
