Authorities have apprehended Kyle T. Wagner, 19, of Waupaca.
Late last week, the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department reported that the Wagner was wanted for questioning as a person of interest in four burglaries in the King area.
Wagner was also wanted for resisting arrest and escape for an incident that occurred on June 13 at his residence. Wagner had struggled with deputies who were attempting to arrest him on a probation warrant. He then fled on foot.
At approximaely 9:45 p.m. Saturday, June 25, Waupaca police officers and Waupaca County deputies responded to a tip that led to Wagner’s arrest. He was taken into custody at a home in Waupaca without incident.
Wagner is being held in the Waupaca County jail on a probation hold.
The burglary cases remain under investigation.
