The Waupaca County Association for Home and Community Education (HCE) will host its annual International Day Sunday, Nov. 13, at the Bear Creek Town Hall
The program will begin with a buffet at noon. Bill and Pat Walker will speak and show photos of their recent trip to Kenya and Tanzania.
