All fees include applicable sales tax.
Reservations can also be made by mailing a request to Shelter Rental, c/o City Hall, 50 10th Street, Clintonville, Wi. 54929. However, mail requests are not considered until all of the in-person requests are handled the morning of January 13th. Mail requests need include the following: first and second choice of shelters and dates, the required payment, phone number of the person making the request, and a self-addressed stamped envelope for a reply confirmation. Requests that cannot be honored will be returned.
Each of the shelters in the parks has available the following amenities: numerous picnic tables and/or park benches, a varied size parking area, various numbers of electrical outlets, refuse containers and a water source right at the shelter or in the case of the Bucholtz softball and south open shelters, at the nearby restrooms. Bathrooms are close by each of the shelters. Some of the shelters also have volleyball and horseshoe facilities as well. The public can borrow volleyball and horseshoe equipment from the department to use at the shelters that have no permanent posts, nets or stakes in place.
