NEAT making waves

New London’s North East Aquatics Swim Team (NEAT) has been making waves and stirring up the waters in Green Bay and Clintonville.

At the Green Bay Subzero Swim Meet, the team shaved off a total of 59.27 seconds from previous meets.

The team had some members place in the top three of multiple events that included; second place in girls 25 meter Back Stroke was Emma Van Ornum with a .48 second improvement, third place in the 50 meter Butterfly was Ashley Sager with a whopping 7.10 seconds improvement, third place in the 25 meter Freestyle was Raven Young-Procknow with a .29 second improvement, thirrd place on the 100 meter Freestyle Relay was also swam by Raven Young-Procknow, Elizabeth Vigil, Kathleen Burns and Emma Van Ornum.

At the Clintonville Ground Hog Meet the North East Aquatics Swim Team pulled away with a 27.68 second improvement. The team also had some members place in the top three which where Elizabeth Vigil, Raven Young-Procknow, Emma Van Ornum and Kathleen Burns taking third place on the 100 meter Medley Relay.
