Reduce opportunites for crime

The City of Waupaca has seen an increase in crimes of opportunities where thiefs are entering unlocked vehicles and garages and stealing items that can be easily concealed. Please help us reduce crime by locking your vehicles and garages. Never leave any valuables within sight when leaving your vehicle unattended as purses, wallets and backpacks are easy targets.
