The Arthur Gensler Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 664 in Clintonville held elections at its April 17 meeting.
Officers elected for 2012-13 term were: Commander James Young, Senior Vice Commander LeRoy Wilken, Junior Vice Commander Michael Streicher, Quartermaster James Karlson, Chaplain Vernell Kratzke, Judge Advocate Gerald Connolly, Surgeon Kenneth Krueger, Three-Year Trustee Darwin Higgins, Two-Year Trustee Leroy Ashauer and One-Year Trustee DuWayne Novak.
Officers appointed for the next year are: Adjutant John Fandrey, Service Officer Daniel Rindt, Officer of the Day LeRoy Jacoby, Guard Arien Herminath and Voice of Democracy Chairman Arien Herminath.
These officers were installed at the May 15 meeting and assumed command on July 1.
The VFW Post 664 Ladies Auxiliary elected the following officers for the 2012-13 calendar year: President Lavern Gehrke, Senior Vice President Adalia Olson, Junior Vice President Shirley Higgins, Secretary Barbara Peskie, Treasurer Audrey Adams, Conductress June DuFrame, Poppy Chairmen Adalia Olson and Barbara Peskie, Chaplain Valerie Kutchenriter, Three-Year Trustee Holly Lang, Two-Year Trustee Barbara Peskie and One-Year Trustee Valerie Kutchenriter.
