At Heartland Hospice, we consider it a privilege to help patients with a life limiting condition fulfill life with dignity, hope and compassion. Heartland’s team approach to meeting patients and families physical, emotional and spiritual needs would not be complete without the care of our wonderful volunteers! Volunteers can bring the gift of friendship to patients by sharing stories, having a fun social visit, playing cards, going for a walk or just holding a hand. Heartland is looking for committed people to work with the hospice team to meet our patient’s needs of additional socialization and companionship in the Fremont and Weyauwega communities.
