Charges against parents dismissed

On a motion by Waupaca County Assistant District Attorney Brenda Freeman, Judge John Hoffmann dismissed outright all charges against Theodore and Amy Robbins, of Waupaca.

They had been charged with child abuse and battery on Oct. 24.
