The Homecoming volleyball match for the Trucker varsity squad didn’t go as planned as they fell to the Little Chute Mustangs in three games. The match was played Thursday, Oct. 4, in Clintonville.
In game one, the Mustangs earned a 25-11 win. Game two was more of the same, as Little Chute won by a score of 25-9. The Lady Truckers fought back in the third game, but couldn’t send the match to a fourth game, losing 20-25.
Allison Shepard led the Lady Truckers with six kills. Janessa Hauser added two ace serves. Ali Moon tallied four digs, and Autumn Voight added four block kills.
The JV squad lost by scores of 20-25, 17-25, and 17-25. The freshman team also lost by scores of 4-25, 11-25, and 4-25.
