The city of Manawa with the help of the Little Wolf River Trail Committee, the Manawa Police Department, Manawa Elementary School and Little Wolf High School are putting together a bicycle and pedestrian plan and needs input from the community.
A city-wide bicycle and pedestrian audit took place Oct. 11. This audit evaluated the city’s schools, major intersections and other areas of concern for bicycle and pedestrian safety issues. The audit results have been compiled and will be on display at a Nov. 13 public information forum. The forum will take place at Manawa City Hall from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
