Shepard, JoAnn L.

JoAnn L. Shepard, age 54 of Clintonville, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at the Appleton
Medical Center. JoAnn was born on January 19, 1958 in New London, the daughter of Shirley (Jepson)
Lorge and the late Henry Lorge. She attended Clintonville High School and on August 16, 1986 was
united in marriage to Earl Shepard, Sr. at the Trinity U.C.C. Church, rural Shiocton. The couple had lived
in the Township of Maine, Outagamie County and later moved to Clintonville. JoAnn had worked at
the Clintonville Public School and later at the Dollar General Store in Clintonville. Her hobbies included
spending time with her nieces, nephews and other family members. She also enjoyed collecting family
memorabilia. JoAnn was a member of the Trinity U.C.C. Church, rural Shiocton and a former member
of the Clintonville Wrestling Club. Survivors include: her husband, Earl, Sr.; her son, Earl Shepard, Jr.,
Clintonville; her mother, Shirley Lorge, New London; her sisters: Susan (Leo) Roberts, New London;
Sandy (Kenneth) Bernard and Nancy (Rickie) Kamke, Sr., Manawa; her brothers: Harry (Kathy) Lorge,
Kaukauna; Morris “Bucky” Lorge (special friend, Kathy), Bear Creek; Roger Lorge, Tigerton (special
friend, Sherry); numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and her special friend, Wendy Harper,
Clintonville. She was preceded in death by her father and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Alice
and John Shepard. Memorial services will be held 4 P.M. Friday, November 23, 2012 at the Eberhardt-
Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory, Clintonville with Pastor Moira Finley officiating. Inurnment will
be held at a later date at the Danish Cemetery, Township of Deer Creek, Outagamie County. Friend may
call at the funeral home on Friday from 2 P.M. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials
