The visiting Wildcats led 15-12 after one quarter, 24-22 at halftime and 35-31 heading into the fourth quarter.
Connor Lodewegen led the T-Birds with 17 points, while Caden Untiedt led Edgar with 17.
The T-Birds opened Central Wisconsin 8 Conference play Dec. 4 at Wittenberg-Birnamwood and will host Stevens Point Pacelli at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 7.
