? Judge Philip Kirk revoked the probation of Christopher D. Hohn, 24, Tigerton, and sentenced him to two years in prison and three years of extended supervision.

In November 2011, Kirk placed Hohn on three years of probation after Hohn was convicted of a fifth drunken driving offense.

As a condition of probation, Hohn served one year in jail.

In September 2012, Hohn was convicted in Shawano County of operating a vehicle while his license was revoked and for tampering with the court-ordered ignition interlock device.

? Judge Raymond Huber placed David B. Schoenborn, 17, Green Bay, on two years of probation.

Schoenborn was convicted of car theft, and a burglary charge was dismissed and read into the record.

In July 2012, Schoenborn ran away from the Rawhide Boys Ranch and stole a car from a garage in the town of Caledonia.

Schoenborn was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison and ordered to pay $54,000 in restitution in Brown County Circuit Court, where he was convicted of burglary, theft and auto theft.

? Judge John Hoffmann sentenced Shawn R. Benbrooks, 39, Dodge Correctional Institute, to 11 months in jail, revoked his license for six months and ordered him to pay $268 in court costs.

Benbrooks was convicted of obstructing an officer.

A felony count of fleeing an officer was dismissed and read into the record.

Benbrooks was on parole for a Shawano County burglary conviction at the time of his arrest in Waupaca County.

His parole was revoked, and he was returned to prison on Oct. 29, 2012.

? Kirk assessed Steven A. Puch, 30, Oshkosh, $883 in fines and court costs for obstructing an officer and $200 for speeding.

On May 14, 2012, Puch led police on a chase thatreached speeds of up to 120 mph.

? Hoffmann placed Jesse D. Hartmann, 20, Clilntonville, on two years probation and assessed him $754.

Hartmann was convicted of felony possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon.

Charges of felony theft and misdemeanor possession of marijuana were dismissed and read into the record.

He was also cited for operating under the influence and assessed $725.

? Kirk placed Joseph E. Barnes, 54, New London, on one year of probation and assessed him $243.

Barnes was convicted of the misdemeanor offense of failing to stop for a police officer, which was amended from a felony fleeing charge.

A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed and read into the record.

? Hoffmann placed Nicholis N. Frost, 21, Outagamie County jail, on 18 months of probation and assessed him $253.

Frost was convicted of misdemeanor theft. A felony charge of burglary and a second theft charge were dismissed and read into the record.

Frost was also convicted of possession of marijuana and ordered to pay $243 and perform 100 hours of community service.

? Huber placed Matthew T. Sager, 19, New London, on two years of probation and ordered him to pay $486 in court costs.

Sager was convicted of possession of a controlled substance and possession of an illegally obtained prescription.

? Huber placed Michael D.L. Call, 26, Weyauwega, on one year of probation and ordered him to pay $1,921 in restitution and $678 in court costs.

Call was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon and misdemeanor battery, which was amended from felony battery.

A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed and read into the record.
