Dayton caucus set for Jan. 15

The town of Dayton will hold its annual caucus at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, at the town hall, located at N2285 State Highway 22.

At the caucus, Dayton residents will have the opportunity to nominate candidates for town office.

Currently, Chris Klein serves as Dayton’s town chairman. Bruce Golding and Glen Newsome are the incumbent town supervisors. Judy Suhs is the town clerk and Brenda Hewitt is the town treasurer.

All Dayton residents who are U.S. citizens, at least 18 years old, and eligible to vote in local elections are eligible to vote or nominate candidates at the town caucus.
