Elaine Lehman, age 91, passed away on January 30, 2013, in the comfort of her home.
She was born to Theodore and Gertrude (Schwanke) Kretzmann on October 5, 1921, in Chicago, IL. Elaine loved the Lord Jesus and desired to serve Him. She attended church regularly and shared her faith with many. Her servant attitude was demonstrated when she answered the phone with “How may I help you?” Elaine enjoyed reading the Bible and frequently had Biblical quotes displayed in her living room window.
Elaine was preceded in death by her husband in 1985, and her daughter, Marcia, in 2011. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law Conrad and Georgine Kretzmann; her children, Nancy Lehmann, James (Debra) Lehman and Thomas Lehman; eight grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
