The Waupaca County public health nurses will hold Vaccines for Children immunization clinics from 2-5 p.m. on both Thursday, Feb. 14 and Wednesday, Feb. 27, at the Waupaca County Courthouse, 811 Harding St., Waupaca.
The clinics will be by appointment only.
Children through age 18 may receive free immunizations if they are Medicaid eligible, uninsured, American Indian or Alaska Native or if they are underinsured (have health insurance but coverage does not include all vaccines or only covers select vaccines).
For children covered by health insurance – even if there is a high deductible or co-pay – appointments should be made with the primary care provider.
