Remember Ribble?s vote

Rep. Reid Ribble claims to be concerned about women’s causes and especially those women affected by violence against them. Yet he voted against the Violence Against Women Act.

Happily, the House of Representatives did pass the Violence Against Women Act on Feb. 28, thanks to all 199 Democrats and 87 Republicans voting to pass the Senate version of the bill. Ribble was one of 138 congressmen to vote against the bill.

Women, we need to remember this when he runs for Congress next time.
