The book club will discuss “Life of Pi” by Yann Martel at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, at the Neuschafer Public Library in Fremont.
Published in 2001, “Life of Pi” is a fantasy adventure novel about a boy, Piscine Molitor “Pi” Patel, who after a shipwreck, is stranded on a boat in the Pacific Ocean with a Bengal tiger named Richard Parker.
Copies of the book are available at the library.
The library is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; from 1-6 p.m. Thursday; and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.
