The Senior Recognition Ceremony will be held at 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 28, in the Waupaca High School Performing Arts Center.
Junior and senior classes will be in attendance, as well as community leaders and parents.
Representatives of school and community organizations will present certificates to the chosen seniors.
Awards from community presenters will be scheduled at the beginning of the program, with a time limit of three minutes for each presentation.
Those who have not been contacted by the high school and who are interested in presenting an award may provide the following information to the high school:
• Name of organization.
• Name of presenter and a telephone number to reach the person at.
• Student receiving award.
• Amount of the scholarship.
Individuals are also asked to note whether they want the high school to provide a certificate to the student and if they want the scholarship honoree to be kept confidential until the time of the ceremony.
The information may be mailed to Waupaca High School, C/O Senior Recognition Ceremony, E2325 King Road, Waupaca, WI 54981.
Information needs to be turned in on or before Tuesday, May 21, in order to be included in the printed program.
Requests for confidentiality in regard to the recipient or scholarship amount will be honored, but the high school asks individuals to provide that information for the school’s record keeping.
