The New London Public Library will host Dr. Terrence Gerlach for a presentation on Frac Sand Prospects in Waupaca County.
Dr. Gerlach, a retired US Geological Survey geologist living in Waupaca County, is evaluating deposits of the sand used in frac mining, and the potential for future sand mines in the townships of Waupaca County.
