Duane A. Wehe, 67, Manawa, was charged with a seventh drunken driving offense.
At 10:19 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, Manawa Police Officer Jeremiah Johnson observed a vehicle cross the center line on County Road B.
According to the criminal complaint, Johnson pulled the vehicle over and noticed a half-empty beer in the cup holder.
The driver, identified as Johnson, had six prior drunken driving convictions.
A preliminary breath test indicated that Johnson had a blood-alcohol level of 0.209, the complaint says.
