The Runway Drive sanitary sewer installation project began Monday, Nov. 4.
Advance Construction is under contract by the city of Waupaca to do the work.
The proposed sanitary sewer main will run east along the airport runway property 800 feet, then south and eventually east to Ferg Lane.
The 1,900-foot sewer main alignment will be through open farm field until it reaches and crosses Ferg Lane.
The project is expected to be completed within a two-week period, weather permitting.
Property owners are being contacted regarding the preferred location of sanitary sewer laterals for their property for future connections.
