Jack E. J. Barrett, age 78, of Waupaca, WI passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Appleton Medical Center surrounded by his family.
Jack was born in Appleton on May 7, 1935 the son of the late Emery Julius and Vera (Meidam) Barrett. On June 20, 1974 Jack married Jackie Mueller in Dubuque, Iowa. He served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie Barrett, Waupaca; his children: Blake (Brenda) Barrett, Waupaca; Lori (AJ) Tranter, Dale; Sheli (Rick) Paez, Appleton and Michael (Tammi) Barrett, Greenfield. Also surviving are his 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and his brother, James (Diane) Barrett, Appleton and a niece, nephew, great nieces and a nephew.
A Celebration of Jack’s Life will be on Sunday, November 17 at 3 PM at Hidden Waters in Waupaca. Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca assisted the family with arrangements.
