• Dec. 3 – One person was injured in a one-vehicle at about 2 p.m. in the town of Matteson.
Ashley Ritchie, 21, of Clintonville, was driving east on County Road I near Graper Road when she said a semi was operating near the centerline. Ritchie’s car struck the south shoulder and she over-corrected, causing the vehicle to travel across both lanes of traffic and strike a mailbox on the north side of the roadway.
