Candidates for Clintonville mayor and alderman positions have until Tuesday, Jan. 7, to return candidacy papers for the elections to be held Tuesday, April 1.
The following incumbents are up for election in 2014 and have all taken the papers out, but none have returned them at this time:
• Mayor – Judith I. Magee;
• District 1, Wards 1 and 2 – Al J. Miller;
• District 2, Ward 3 – Gloria Dunlavy;
• District 3, Ward 4 – Steven Kettenhoven; and
• District 4, Ward 5 – Mike Hankins.
Also up for possible re-election is Jeannie Schley, who represents District 5, Wards 6 and 7; however, Schley has not taken out papers or filed for non-candidacy.
The deadline for returning candidacy papers is Tuesday, January 7, 2014. Papers can be obtained at, and later returned to, Clintonville City Hall, 50 10th Street.
