Cody A. Bryant, 21, Waupaca, was charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Jan. 6, Waupaca Police Officer Clint Schroeder went to the 400 block of Fifth Street in response to a report of an underage drinking party.
When he arrived, Schroeder spoke with Bryant. He lived at the address with his parents, who were not home at the time.
According to the criminal complaint, Bryant said the only people drinking were over the age of 21. He then admitted to having a marijuana pipe and gave Schroeder permission to enter the residence, the complaint says.
Schroeder reported finding 14 bags of marijuana, weighing a total of 44.5 grams. a scale, two pipes and a bong inside a box, along with $137 cash.
