Moe charged with bail jumping

Christopher S. Moe, 33, Scandinavia, was charged with felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct.

On Jan. 6, Waupaca County Sheriff’s Deputy Clint Thobaben was called out to a residence in the village of Fremont in response to a reported domestic disturbance.

Moe’s girlfriend told Thobaben that Moe choked her while they had been arguing. Moe denied that he touched her.

At the time of his arrest in Fremont, Moe was out on a $2,500 cash bail. He faced charges of felony child abuse and disorderly conduct as acts of domestic abuse and two counts of felony bail jumping on Aug. 29, 2013, in Outagamie County.

On June 19, 2013, Moe was charged with felony child abuse and disorderly conduct in Winnebago County. He was convicted of disorderly conduct in September 2013, assessed $243 and placed on one year probation.

On June 9, 2012, Moe was convicted in Waupaca County of obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct as an act of domestic abuse. He was ordered to pay $858 in fines and court costs.

On Feb. 7, 2012, Moe was convicted in Waupaca County of obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. A charge of battery as an act of domestic abuse was dismissed and read into the record. He was assessed $661.

On Aug. 6, 2009, a Winnebago County judge granted a domestic abuse restraining order against Moe.

On Feb. 25, 2009, Moe was convicted in Outagamie County of battery and disorderly conduct as acts of domestic abuse. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $360.
