The following people were convicted of drinking and driving offenses in Waupaca County Circuit Court:
• Tyler T. Young, 24, New London, was sentenced to 210 days in jail, assessed $8,430 in fines, court costs and restitution, and his license revoked for 36 months for a third offense.
• Todd A. Guenther, 51, Fremont, 110 days in jail, assessed $1,837, revoked 36 months for a fourth offense.
• John T. Vernon, 29, Green Bay, 80 days in jail, assessed $2,294, revoked 30 months for a third offense.
• Marko M. Grundman, 37, Weyauwega, 10 days in jail, assessed $1,269, revoked 13 months for a second offense.
• Todd B. Dybedahl, 50, Franksville, 60 days in jail, assessed $1,592, revoked 15 months for a second offense.
• Kyle T. Jechorek, 22, Clintonville, sentenced to 40 days with 33 days stayed under Safe Streets Treatment Options Program, assessed $1,431, revoked 14 months for a second offense.
• Codie A. Wegener, 25, Clintonville, 110 days in jail with 85 stayed under SSTOP, assessed $2,287, revoked 30 months for a third offense.
• Karena L. Allen, 21, Waupaca, 10 days in jail, assessed $1,241, revoked 12 months for a second offense.
• Eric M. Krause, 22, Clintonville, 60 days in jail with 35 stayed under SSTOP, assessed $1,522, revoked 15 months for a second offense.
• Robert J. Wollangk, 51, Waupaca, assessed $880, revoked six months.
• Adam L. Lemke, 26, Scandinavia, assessed $811, revoked nine months.
• Melissa A. Wendt, 25, Manawa, assessed $937, revoked nine months.
• Larry L. Wetzel, 46, Amherst, assessed $917, revoked eight months.
• Michael P. Masias, 38, Waupaca, assessed $917, revoked eight months.
• Betty R. Spooner, 59, Waupaca, assessed $835, revoked seven months.
• Tammy J. Hoeft, 54, Waupaca, assessed $804. revoked six months.
