Waupaca man charged as repeater

Allen L. Taylor, 24, Waupaca, is charged with possession of marijuana and felony bail jumping.

Due to prior convictions for battery and disorderly conduct, Taylor has been charged as a repeat offender.

He is also faces charges from March 13 for delivery of Schedule III drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On the afternoon of Saturday, June 7, Waupaca County Sheriff’s Deputy Dave Huberty observed a Pontiac with no front plates and a faded temporary tag on County Road QQ in King.

Huberty made a traffic stop and the driver, identified as Taylor, had no driver’s license. A records check indicated Taylor had been cited multiple times for operating with a revoked license.

Huberty reported smelling the faint aroma of marijuana in the vehicle. He later found a plastic bag with 22 grams of marijuana.
