Roger H. Guetzke, age 67, of Waupaca, passed away Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Appleton Medical Center following a three month battle with cancer.
He was born in West Bend, WI on March 13, 1947 to the late Hilbert and Margaret (Bernhardt) Guetzke. On June 10, 1967 he was united in marriage to Arlene Neuhaus. He worked at Bradley Corporation in Menomonee Falls for 21 years.
Roger is survived by his wife of 47 years, Arlene; daughter, Jodi (Eric) Baumann of Jackson, WI and their children Jessica and Sara; son, Jeff (Katy) Guetzke of Waupaca, WI and their children Jena and Isabel; three brothers, one sister; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by four brothers. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, August 10, 2014 at the Maple Crest Funeral Home, with Pastor Ron Womeldorf officiating. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the time of the service.
