Waupaca County Circuit Court issued a warrant for the arrest of Nicholas D. Cermak, 20, Kaukauna.
He is charged with felony failure to report to jail.
On May 20, Cermak was convicted of felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and obstructing an officer.
He was placed on three years of probation with the condition that he serve 90 days in jail.
Cermak was scheduled to start his jail time on July 19. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Aug. 25.
Warrants have also been issued in Outagamie County, where Cermak faces charges of felony bail jumping, fleeing an officer and possession of marijuana, and in Calumet County, where he has been charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and bail jumping.
If convicted of failure to report to jail, Cermak could serve up to six years in prison.
