Erik C. Biekkola, 24, New London, is charged with felony bail jumping.
On Aug. 16, New London police arrested Biekkola after he allegedly drove his car into a home, forcing the residents to evacuate.
At that time, Biekkola reportedly had a 0.236 blood-alcohol level.
He was subsequently charged with a fourth drunken driving offense and released on a $2,000 signature bond with the conditions that Biekkola not consume alcohol and comply with the Soberlink program, which allows law enforcement to monitor alcohol consumption.
On Dec. 27, the Soberlink monitoring device indicated Biekkola had a 0.073 blood-alcohol level.
